The newly designed fish scale structure and modified plastic material gives the stool remarkable strength and rigidity. The scales' interlamellar gap is reduced to just 0.1mm, making the stool body tighter and more stable. Stretching and collapsing becomes smoother while the non-slip base ensures safety and stability. With a load capacity of 400 lbs, and a higher resistance to tilt (compared to other brands) this stool is more sturdy and durable.

Customs
While the vast majority of e-commerce packages are not held by customs authorities, it is possible that some countries require customs clearance for high value packages. In this case a notification is sent by the local authorities to the recipient in order to start a customs clearance procedure which takes a few hours at most.Springoo cannot be held responsible for the delay or loss of packages held by local customs.

Despite all the care we bring to the selection of our products, we understand that some products may not always match our customers’ expectations. This is why we made returns as easy and seamless as possible. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund. Before starting a return request, please check the following conditions to make sure your purchase qualifies for a return:
- The returned product was purchased directly from Springoo in the last 30 days.
- The returned product must have all original packaging and accessories intact.
- The returned product must not show any sign of alteration or tampering.
- For obvious hygiene reasons, some intimate products may not qualify for returns.
Replacement or Refund
Returns can qualify for either a refund or a replacement. Upon reception of your return request, a customer advocate will assist you and suggest the most appropriate return process.

I had this stool for about a week, really liked the design and concept. I barely had the chance to use it. I let a friend sit on it and after a few minutes it just collapsed while he was sitting down. The plastic knobs holding the stool from collapsing just broke. I sent the seller a message about it hoping they would at least offer a replacement but they replied by saying they cannot do that. That kind of sucks for a new product to break down that easily!
The goods as in the description. Delivered quickly, to Latvia less than a month. Disassembled and going well. Thank you. I recommend the seller and the store.
