SprigooMart ships products from multiple international and local locations depending on availability, logistics, and storage conditions. Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the item purchased.

Order Tracking

Every order placed on SprigooMart comes with order tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package from the warehouse to your address. If you don’t receive your tracking number, please contact our support team for assistance.

Customs

Most packages clear customs without issue. However, high-value items may require clearance by your country’s customs authority. In this case, you’ll be notified directly. SprigooMart is not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from customs processing.

Despite all the care we bring to the selection of our products, we understand that some products may not always match our customers’ expectations. This is why we made returns as easy and seamless as possible. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund. Before starting a return request, please check the following conditions to make sure your purchase qualifies for a return:

• The returned product was purchased directly from Springoo in the last 30 days.
• The returned product must have all original packaging and accessories intact.
• The returned product must not show any sign of alteration or tampering.
• For obvious hygiene reasons, some intimate products may not qualify for returns.

Replacement or Refund

Returns can qualify for either a refund or a replacement. Upon reception of your return request, a customer advocate will assist you and suggest the most appropriate return process.

Return Processing Time

Our processing time starts when we receive your returned product. Please allow up to 7 working days for our team to verify the content of the package and process the replacement or the refund.
