Delivery time

Customs
While the vast majority of e-commerce packages are not held by customs authorities, it is possible that some countries require customs clearance for high value packages. In this case a notification is sent by the local authorities to the recipient in order to start a customs clearance procedure which takes a few hours at most.Springoo cannot be held responsible for the delay or loss of packages held by local customs.

This is why we made returns as easy and seamless as possible. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund.
