Delivery time

All orders made on Springoo qualify for order tracking. Order tracking allows customers to follow their orders step by step from the shipping facility to their doorstep, with expected time of arrival at every step. Customs
While the vast majority of e-commerce packages are not held by customs authorities, it is possible that some countries require customs clearance for high value packages. In this case a notification is sent by the local authorities to the recipient in order to start a customs clearance procedure which takes a few hours at most.

- The returned product must have all original packaging and accessories intact.
- The returned product must not show any sign of alteration or tampering.
- For obvious hygiene reasons, some intimate products may not qualify for returns.
Replacement or Refund
