Delivery time

All orders made on Springoo qualify for order tracking. Order tracking allows customers to follow their orders step by step from the shipping facility to their doorstep, with expected time of arrival at every step. If for any reason you don’t receive your order tracking number please get in touch with your customer advocate.
Customs
While the vast majority of e-commerce packages are not held by customs authorities, it is possible that some countries require customs clearance for high value packages. In this case a notification is sent by the local authorities to the recipient in order to start a customs clearance procedure which takes a few hours at most.Springoo cannot be held responsible for the delay or loss of packages held by local customs.

Despite all the care we bring to the selection of our products, we understand that some products may not always match our customers’ expectations. This is why we made returns as easy and seamless as possible. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund. Before starting a return request, please check the following conditions to make sure your purchase qualifies for a return:
- The returned product was purchased directly from Springoo in the last 30 days.
- The returned product must have all original packaging and accessories intact.
- The returned product must not show any sign of alteration or tampering.
- For obvious hygiene reasons, some intimate products may not qualify for returns.
Replacement or Refund
Returns can qualify for either a refund or a replacement. Upon reception of your return request, a customer advocate will assist you and suggest the most appropriate return process.
