Track your order on the chat popup
Clic on the chat icon located on the bottom right corner of your screen.
On the chat popup, select Track my order
Follow the instructions to enter your order number and get your latest order status.
Where is my order number?
Check the order confirmation email you received after placing your order. Look for a 4 digit number starting with #. For example #1230
What does my order status mean?
Confirmed |
Our staff received your order. They're preparing your package for shipment. |
Partially Fulfilled |
You order will be fulfilled in multiple shipments. Some were shipped and others are awaiting. |
Fulfilled |
Your package was picked up by the carrier, on its way to you. A tracking link is now available on your order details page.
The tracking link might show a 'Not Found' or 'Not yet available' status during the first few days. It means your package did not yet reach the carrier's main facility. Check the link again in a few days.
